  5. This is a wonderful illustration of the Scriptures where the Lord says He gathers us to Him as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings. Awesome photo!

  14. I'll agree with the "awwwww", lol. Is she an Isa Brown? I had some of that breed but don't anymore, though I still have chickens. I've got two bantam hens sitting on nests, so am waiting... and waiting... and (haha)

    I've never heard chicks called "peeps" before... hhhmmmm.
