Nolan is Growing Up

Tuesday, at our homeschool coop, Nolan (3 in May) told me that he had to go to the bathroom. I walked to the restroom with him, and took him into the women's. He walked in about three steps, turned and looked at me, outraged, "Mom, this is the girls potty!" He promptly exited, and joined Kellen in the men's room.

  1. Sniff* That is a major milestone!

Wow- not yet 3, and already refusing to go in the ladies room? Smart kid!

  2. LMBO!! I'll take the credit for that! We preschool teachers teach lots of useful skills... like which bathroom the boys should use. ;o)

  5. Oh my, the things they learn!! F will be 3 in April and I hope he doesn't learn that for a while, since he's the only boy other than Hubbers.

  6. LOL! I have that same milestone noted in my son's "history" book. I'd have to look it up. but I think he was four. Good for Nolan, who knows what he wants!

  7. Awwww! I remember when C started insisting on the boy's bathroom. It was difficult for a while because I would only let him use the boy's potty if Dad was with.

    Growing up!
